Kids SafetyThe ATT and its school take the responsibility of keeping children safe and healthy very seriously. We all strive to see that our children are protected from illness and that we share any information about our children's special situations with authorized school personnel. If a child has a medical condition that can pose a threat to their wellbeing during school hours, it is critical that the school have the information to handle any event in the most effective way.In this section you will be able to download forms which will help your school be in compliance with state laws regarding routine health care and immunizations. There are also forms for Medical Action Plans to be filled out by your child's physicians if they have a specific condition such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, etc. Please remember that the Medical Action Plan needs to be kept current and that all medications (e.g. inhalers, EPI Pens, antihistamines) must be provided to the school and kept current as well. If you need help or you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Chana Goldstein, RN, our school nurse consultant at att.schools.rn@gmail.com |
